A match or a donor response is not a confirmed donation. Medical eligibility, screening, and collection are carried out by hospitals and blood banks, not by this platform.

Organization review
Every organization that registers is reviewed before its console goes live. Until then the account stays pending, with no access to donor data.
Donor information
We collect only the details needed to coordinate: blood group, city, and a contact route. We explain who can see each category before you share it.
Request privacy
Requests are not published as a public feed, and patient-identifying detail is kept to a minimum. Donors choose whether their contact details stay hidden, are shared only when they accept a request, or are visible to verified members.
Responsible coordination
Matching is a coordination aid. It does not replace medical advice, a blood bank, or professional eligibility screening.
Scoped access
Owners, admins, and volunteers hold different permissions, so a coordinator only sees the records their role requires.
Reporting and support
A clear route to report suspicious activity, incorrect information, or misuse, reviewed by a real team.

A donor response is not a confirmed donation, and a registered donor is not necessarily an available one. Each figure will be published with the event that increments it and the date it was last updated.

Donors and people seeking blood use the Al-Aziz Donors mobile app. Requests posted by a coordinating organization arrive there with that organization’s name attached, so people know who is asking.
