Terms of use
Last updated: 24 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Al-Aziz Donors when you use the mobile app or the organization console. They are short on purpose. Please read them; by creating an account you accept them.
What Al-Aziz Donors is, and is not
Al-Aziz Donors is a coordination service. It helps a request for blood reach potential donors with a compatible blood group nearby, and gives registered organizations a console to manage their own donors, requests and drives.
It is not an emergency service. If someone needs blood urgently, contact a hospital or emergency care directly, and use this service alongside that, never instead of it.
It is not a blood bank. We do not collect, test, store or supply blood. Donation, screening and transfusion are carried out by licensed blood banks and hospitals, and their decisions override anything shown in this service.
A match, a notification or a donor’s acceptance is coordination in progress. It is not a confirmed donation and not a guarantee that blood will be available.
Eligibility is your own declaration
When you register as a donor, you declare your own blood group, date of birth, weight and last donation date. We use them to estimate whether you are likely eligible and when your cooldown ends. The estimate is a convenience, not a medical opinion.
The blood bank or hospital screens every donor on the day and decides whether a donation goes ahead. You agree to answer their questions honestly and to keep your profile accurate, especially your last donation date.
No payment for blood
Blood on Al-Aziz Donors is given freely. Donors must never ask for, and requesters must never offer, money or anything of value in exchange for a donation.
If anyone asks you for money, do not pay. Report them to us at [email protected] and we will remove them. The same applies to anyone claiming to sell blood through this service: no such thing exists here.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- Donors and requesters sign in with a code sent to their phone; console users with a code sent to their email. Keep that phone or inbox secure. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
- One account per person. Register with your own details only, and never register someone else as a donor without their knowledge and consent.
- Keep your details accurate. A wrong blood group or a stale donation date wastes a request that could have reached someone else.
If you are a donor
- Respond to a request only if you genuinely intend to donate. Accepting releases your phone number to the requester; declining or ignoring shares nothing.
- If your plans change after accepting, tell the requester as soon as you can so they can look elsewhere.
- Pause your availability in the app whenever you are unwell, travelling or simply need a break. No request will reach you while paused.
If you need blood
- Post a request only for a real, current need, with an accurate blood group, units and hospital.
- Share as little about the patient as the request needs. Do not post medical records or identity documents.
- Use the donor’s phone number only to arrange that donation. Do not keep it, share it, add it to groups or contact the donor about anything else.
- Close the request as soon as the need is met, so donors stop being contacted.
If you represent an organization
- Registration is reviewed before the console goes live. You confirm that you are authorised to act for the organization and that the details you give are true.
- You may register donors only with their knowledge and consent, and use the roster only to coordinate blood donation. Exporting it, marketing to it or using it for any other purpose is not allowed.
- You are responsible for the members you add to your console, and for removing them when they leave.
- Your organization sees only its own roster. Attempting to access another organization’s data ends your access.
Notifications and limits
By registering as a donor you agree to receive request notifications by push and, where you have agreed, by WhatsApp or SMS, limited to 3 a day and 10 a week. You can switch them off in the app at any time; doing so pauses your availability.
What is not allowed
- Asking for or offering payment for blood.
- Posting false requests or false eligibility details, or impersonating a hospital, an organization or another person.
- Harassing, pressuring or guilt-tripping donors or requesters.
- Collecting, scraping or redistributing other users’ details.
- Interfering with the service, probing its security, or using it for anything unrelated to blood donation.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove an account or organization that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or stays inactive for a long period. Where it is safe to do so we will tell you why. You can leave at any time by deleting your account.
Your data
How we handle personal details is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Our responsibility and its limits
We run the service with care, but we cannot promise that a donor will be found, that anyone will respond, or that the service will always be available. Al-Aziz Donors does not give medical advice and is not responsible for the conduct of donors, requesters, hospitals or organizations, or for anything that happens at a donation.
To the extent the law allows, Al-Aziz Donors is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Pakistani law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When a change matters, we update the date at the top and tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
